1. Sweepstakes Timing/Description: The Tim Tam Cookies Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern time (ET) on 10/22/09 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 3/31/10 (“Promotion Period”). The computer of Mr. Youth LLC is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Random drawings will be held monthly throughout the Promotion Period to award the Grand Prizes (“Grand Prize Drawings”).

2. How to Enter: Go to www.ilovetimtamcookies.com and click on the sweepstakes icon. Next, click on the Enter Now button and complete the registration form by providing your name, email address and the title for your photo/video, and agreeing to the Posting Standards. This can be done at any time during the Promotion Period. You will also be asked to upload a photo or video showing your passion for Tim Tam cookies. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the month of entry in order to be eligible for that month’s drawing. Entries will not be accepted after 11:59:59 PM ET 3/31/10. To Enter By Mail: You may enter the Sweepstakes by U. S. Mail by printing your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address (optional), daytime telephone number and “video” or “photo” (to denote which drawing you would like your entry included in), on a 3” X 5” card, and mailing, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: Tim Tam Cookies Giveaway Sweepstakes , P. O. Box 861, Bethpage, NY 11714-0861. Entries received without a “video” or “photo” will be included in the video drawing. Write-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the month, and received by seven (7) days later, for the drawing you would like to be included in. For example, to be included in the October drawing, your entry must be postmarked by 10/31/09 and received by 11/7/09. All write in entries must be postmarked by 3/31/10 and received by 4/10/10 in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Limit one entry per outer envelope. Entrants may enter only by using one of the entry methods described in these rules. Non winning monthly entries are not eligible for subsequent monthly drawings. There is a limit of one (1) sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) email address per person. For the purposes of this promotion, a “day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play multiple times in one day will be deemed invalid. Photos submitted must be in jpg or gif format, and must not exceed file size of 500KB. Videos submitted must be in mov., wmv., or avi. format, no longer than 10 minutes in length, and must not exceed file size of 1 GB. Photo/video portion of entry must comply with Sponsor’s Posting Standards and be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image, and may not be offensive, obscene, libelous, pornographic, threatening, abusive, or contain illegal content, or be otherwise objectionable, that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law; the entry must not be the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; nor can it defame, or invade upon the publicity rights or privacy of any person or infringe upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret or otherwise infringe upon any person or entity’s personal or proprietary rights, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrant must be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights (including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights) in and to all content and elements incorporated into or used in the Entry. Any Entrant whose Entry includes likenesses or mentions of third parties or contains content or elements not owned by the Entrant must be able to provide written legal releases (in a form that is satisfactory to Sponsor) that permit the Entrant to use, publish or exploit such content and elements in the manner used and exploited in accordance with these Official Rules. Incomplete Entries or Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Pepperidge Farm, Inc., 595 Westport Ave. Norwalk, CT 06851 (“Sponsor”), Mr. Youth LLC, Promoter, and all prize providers assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late, illegible, misdirected, entries or mail. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. If a dispute results as to the identity of an online participant, it will be determined that the sweepstakes entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will collect information from the entrant solely for the purpose of notifying the winner and awarding the prize.

3. Grand Prize Random Drawings: Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will be selected in six (6) monthly random drawings. There will be a total of six (6) photo winners and (6) video winners. Each month, one (1) photo entry and (1) video entry will be randomly selected. Drawings will be conducted on or about the fifteenth (15th) of the month following entry (i.e. The October drawing will be held on or about 11/15/09). Drawings will be from among all eligible entries received during that month online and by mail. Only entries postmarked by the last day of the month, and received by 7 days later will be included. The October drawing will only include entries received from the start date until the end of the month (10/22 – 10/31). Drawings will be handled by Strobe Promotions, Inc. 535 So. Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801 (“Promoter”), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received each month. Grand Prize winners will be notified by email. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Sponsor, its parent company, Mr. Youth LLC, prize providers, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Promoter, are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Sweepstakes void in APO/FPOs outside the US, PR & where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize/Odds of Winning: (12) Grand Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded each month – one video and one photo. A Tim Tam Cookies Party Pack. Prize includes a case of Tim Tam Cookies, a disposable digital camera, four Tim Tam branded coffee mugs, a $10 iTunes giftcard, and 100 Tim Tam branded plastic bibs. Approx. retail value (“ARV”): $223/each. Odds of winning the Grand Prize in the Random Drawing are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the month of entry. Total value of all prizes: $2,676.

6. Prize Restrictions: Prize will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after the Promotion Period ends (subject to Sponsor’s verification of eligibility). Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions on any portion of the prize allowed except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case substitution will be of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Grand Prize Winner Notification and Verification: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email on or about the fifteenth of the month following entry. Winner confirmation is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners of Grand Prize will be required to provide their mailing address and confirm that they are eligible to participate in the promotion, and win a prize. Confirmation must be received within 7 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return any or all documents as specified, a prize or prize notification being returned as undeliverable, or potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules will result in the participant being disqualified and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner.

8. Conditions of Participation: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & the decisions of the judges, which are final. All materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, modify or adapt the Entry. By entering, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, agencies, Mr. Youth LLC, Strobe Promotions, Inc. and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders (“Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity.

9. Internet: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or due to any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, equipment failure, including overloading of a website due to excessive use, threatened terrorist act(s), terrorist act(s), air raid(s), blackout(s), act(s) of public enemy, earthquake(s), war(s) (declared or undeclared), fire(s), flood(s), epidemic(s), explosion(s), unusually severe weather, hurricane(s), embargo(s), labor dispute(s) or strike(s) (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage(s), transportation interruption(s) of any kind, work slow-down(s), civil disturbance(s), insurrection(s), riot(s), or any other similar or dissimilar cause(s) beyond Sponsor's sole and reasonable control, then the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor’s sole discretion, to void any entries at issue, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Releasees assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failures of any kind including computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to access or submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or for destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Sweepstakes materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor or any Sweepstakes entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading/uploading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
